The Music Academy of the University of Zagreb is the largest and oldest higher education music institution in the Republic of Croatia. She is the direct successor of the music school of the Croatian Music Institute, founded in 1829, under whose auspices in 1921 she began operating as a higher music institution. Since 1979, the Music Academy has been a component of the University of Zagreb. Numerous renowned artists and pedagogues have studied and worked at the Music Academy in Zagreb, and through their work in the homeland and around the world, they have spread and confirmed its reputation and high level of excellence in music education. |

The pedagogical subjects module introduces students to theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of music pedagogy. |
MUSICOLOGY | Through the single-subject study of Musicology, students acquire broad knowledge in the field of musicology (historical and systematic) and ethnomusicology |
